We provide professional consultation to help families navigate the private sector and dependency system for those seeking to adopt children from the foster care system.

Shanda Moorman, CEO of Family on the Mend, LLC has extensive adoption knowledge due to having almost thirty years' experience working in the Child Welfare System, with children that have special needs and trauma history. Mrs. Moorman began specializing in adoption in child welfare eighteen years ago; and private adoptions eight years ago. Each family will receive professionalism and compassion along with personal attention with all communication.

Mrs. Moorman is also a certified professional life coach and has a passion for helping others reach their full potential to write their own narrative in life. Individualized plans are developed with each client based on your goals.
