Family on the Mend, LLC (FOTM) is a licensed Child Placing Adoption agency with the State of Florida Department of Children and Families.
We strongly believe that every child deserves to be in a safe, nurturing, loving, and stable home.
Our Executive Director, Shanda Moorman, CWCM has extensive experience working in child welfare and private adoption since 1996.
We have a primary focus on finding forever families for older children in the child welfare system, but we also assist in obtaining permanency for babies and older children in the private sector.
